Privacy Policy

The site has no accounts, no sign-up, and no forms that collect personal data. Like almost every website, our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent, requested pages, and timestamps — which we use only to operate and secure the site. These logs are retained for a limited period under Vercel's data processing terms.

The videos, players, decks, and events listed on the site are public information from published tournament coverage, not visitor data.

The site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies (such as device identifiers) to serve and measure ads. Where you have consented, ads may be personalized based on your prior visits to this and other websites; otherwise Google serves non-personalized ads, which still use cookies for purposes such as frequency capping and fraud prevention.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, a consent message from Google's certified consent management platform asks for your permission before advertising cookies are used. You can decline, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Privacy settings link in the site footer, which reopens the consent message.

Videos are embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only after you click play — until then, only a thumbnail image is fetched. Once a video plays, Google (YouTube) processes data under its own privacy policy.

The site does not currently use any analytics or tracking tools beyond the advertising described above. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Where the GDPR or the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies: advertising cookies are used on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); server logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EEA, your national supervisory authority.

Because this site keeps no visitor records of its own, requests about advertising data are usually best directed to Google via the links above — but you can always contact us and we will help.

The site is a general-audience tournament video directory and is not directed at children.
